Sales manager

Here’s what your daily tasks will look like in your new role:

  • Drive sales growth and set individual and team sales targets for our representatives.
  • Implement sales strategies, analyze sales results and make proactive decisions.
  • Evaluate sales and marketing performance through statistics.
  • Provide the necessary coaching so that each member of the sales teams conveys the high standards of our company.
  • Support and assist sales representatives in closing sales with their customers or prospects.
  • Ensure the developments of a mobilized sales team to achieve objectives.
  • Analyze and evaluate the competition.
  • Participate in developments and contribute your ideas for continuous improvement.

Your profile matches this:

  • You are an excellent leader with strong interpersonal skills, able to mobilize and communicate directives and expectations in a clear and constructive manner.
  • You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • You have 5 years experiences in direct sales.
  • You have 2-5 years experiences in staff management.
  • You are rigorous, autonomous and meticulous.
  • You are comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and have good skills with an ERP.
  • You are and excellent negotiator.
  • You have a valid driver’s license.
  • You have knowledge in construction industry, building structure and/or landscaping (an asset).

Here’s what your daily tasks will look like in your new role:

  • Welcoming clients in our showroom (with or without appointment) or virtually by appointment.
  • Advise and assist customers in their needs by optimizing their space according to our design parameters.
  • Respond to customer requests by email or phone.
  • Carry out prospecting
  • Make estimates and quotes and send them to prospects
  • Visit the construction sites and collect information from the clients regarding the project (plans, photos, measurements).
  • Collaborate closely with the design team for the validation of special projects.
  • Ensure the follow-up and the good progress of the project until its completion
  • Participate in developments and contribute your ideas for continuous improvement.
